-Running various dept. including lead hand on nights

-ordering, inventory management, rotation, perishable items

-managing the workloads in a fashion that they get completed

-directing staff on achieving goals

-informing management of any problems usually with a recommendation on to solve them

-Have earlier on in my career been a Dept. Manager doing all aspects of it. Such as scheduling, budgeting,being responsible for a profit and loss statement (contribution), and maintaining expected standards

-Always been a self starter with a get done approach

-Always did my jog with little direction from management (knew my job) only neede them for when i would need more resources
