• Under the direction of the shift supervisor, As the production shift lead I am responsible for ensuring the fab team adheres to company policies, and complies with safety and cleanliness protocols; coordinates manufacturing tasks and priorities; and, monitors and provides input to management on employee performance

Under the direction of the Production Shift supervision, and working with the Production Shift Lead Technician, I was responsible for manufacturing proprietary, designed products using MEMS technology. Overall, this entails operation of photolithography, dry etching, electroplating, lapping, polishing, measurement, inspection, wafer cleaning and etching. The position also entails waste handling duties, which require the ability to follow directions, to work safely in a closed space while handling caustic materials, and to work safely with glass and other equipment.
