Using advanced surveillance systems, monitor live video footage across the casino gaming floor, gaming tables, cash
handling areas ( Redemptions and CTRs), and other sensitive locations
Identify suspicious behaviour, unusual patterns, or violations of casino rules, including cheating, theft, and fraud, and

Work with casino management and law enforcement agencies (OPP, iAGCO, Security) to support investigations and
gather evidence for internal and external inquiries

Bally’s Interactive platforms such as “Bally Alert Grid, Bally’s SDS, Bally CMP Desktop, etc.”
Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including video recording systems, facial recognition software (iTrak),
and data analytics tools
Log and document surveillance activities, maintain reports, and preserve video footage as required for legal or
regulatory reviews
