  • General Surgery-Appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colostomy creations, laparotomy, and bowel resections. Experience with NG tubes, ostomy education and ostomy changes. As well extensive experience and knowledge on bowel obstructions and management of same.
  • Plastic Surgery-Tram flaps, and skin grafts. Experience with complex dressings and wound vacs.
  • Urology-Renal stones, nephrectomies (with patients who receive hemodialysis) TURPs, Nephrostomy tubes. Experience with continuous bladder irrigations. Extensive knowledge on trouble shooting any problems that may occur. Manual irrigation, insertion, and removal.
  • ENT-Tonsillectomies, tracheostomy (new and established). Suctioning, dressing changes, inner cannula checks. Experience managing patients on AirVo. Ability to work closely with Respiratory Therapy.
  • Orthopaedics fractures, total hip and knee replacements. Shoulder replacements. Tib/fib fractures, limb amputations.
  • Gynaecology+C surgery, laparoscopic and vaginal hysterectomies, salpingectomies and oophorectomies. Experience with myomectomies, ectopic pregnancies, and pelvic inflammatory disease treatment.
  • Ophthalmology- Vitrectomies, globe ruptures, and enucleations.
