Skills Required:

-working with toddlers in a Day Home setting, as well as educational. Children learn an assorted amount of tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and doing hands on projects. It is the job of the educator to allow the child to experiment with their own tactile abilities and process the way they know best. This is shown through guided learning and observation. Other duties: cleaning, outdoor duty, nap times, cooking, managing child behaviors.

Skills Required:

-working with children with varying disabilities, acquired skills and techniques to de-escalate children and ADHD and behavioral issues as well as using resources and tools to help them learn and socialize within a classroom setting.

-working in collaboration with the teacher and administration to deliver the best education while supporting the individual's emotional, physical, and social needs.

Skills Required:

-work in team environment and independently, communication, basic knowledge of disabilities pertaining to clients, patience, interpreting for french speaking clients, job coaching on worksites, developing Vocational Development Plans, completing quarterly Progress Reports, Monthly statistics, case conferencing with other supports and service providers, frequent us of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

-working with youth at risk, implementing a curriculum on Employ Ability Skills developed by Challenge teaching basic employability concepts in a classroom setting, job coaching in a kitchen worksite, teaching communication, social and life skills.

Skills Required:

-organization, motivation, communication, labor intensive, flexibility, patience.

-worked closely with the breeding and genetics program to collaborate with farms worldwide providing them with disease resistant eggs for growing and food industry purposes.

-frequent use of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

-observation of fish behavior, labor in intensive, operating large equipment, fish delivery to farms and food industry, operating large equipment.
