• Supervise the activities of the oil change technicians to ensure efficient job performance.

• Oversee the operation of the store and make sure company standard procedures have been executed in each service to a customer vehicle.

• Train or arrange for training the oil change technicians to perform Transmission Service, Radiator Service, Front & Rear Differential service, Tire service, and Battery & light bulb service, Oil change for gasoline and Diesel engine vehicles.

• Set up machinery and equipment used in the lube bays.

• Preparing work schedule for oil change technicians as per the business needs and ensuring that safety standards are met.

• Explaining different service packages to the customers (oil/filter change, cabin filter, transmission, radiator coolant, differential, tire).

• Opening and closing the store as per company procedures which cover both hardware and software (POS machine & computer) of the store for each Bay.

• Make sure products are in good order and accessible for fast and quality service to customers.

• Check the availability of major products required for services like oil, oil-filter, air-filter, fuel- filter, serpentine belt, light bulbs, wiper blades, battery, engine cleaning agent, tires, and tire accessories for a different type of vehicle and make sure their quantities are not under the stock buffer level.

• Ensure the safety regulations are followed by oil change technicians.

• Ensure that proper products have been used on each vehicle during the service.

• Ensure store standard service procedures have been performed on each vehicle serviced at the store .

Ensure all store equipment and machinery like Transmission oil, Radiator Flushing, Differential service pump, and others are in good order and working conditions.

• Observe the sales goal of the store and make the best effort to achieve the sales goal.
