Mawer used Salesforce CRM for their Business. A CRM system helps companies stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability. According to Salesforce, CRM helps companies understand customer needs and data and facilitates deeper customer development and retention

• MOAT is mostly dealing with financial accounts and onboarding the clients for gathering details from client relationship maintenance on account level
• Merges: Merges are used to combine the AUM and view overall performance of the portfolios in account under different financial accounts
• While implementing this merge from APX systems to Salesforce this is whole new level of challenges for migrating data and new salesforce integration for renaming merges as per Business requirements as auto generated merge name
• Few fields are so challenging and maintaining relationships in salesforce.

• Creating Test Scenarios and Test Cases according to the business and system requirements Executed test Scenarios using both manual and automated testing using Twist Agile Methodology Recorded and executed Test scripts manually using UFT with Jenkins and Selenium2.0 as web driver
• Co-ordinate with Java Dev
