  • After being promoted to the Mid-Market Team, I had the opportunity to work with some of SKIP’s Platinum brands, including Chipotle, Jollibee, The Old Spaghetti Factory (exclusive), White Spot/Triple O’s, and Osmow’s. I also managed an additional 15 gold and silver mid-market brands.
  • Jollibee Launch: Working with every level of stakeholder to ensure a successful, and timely launch. Building training presentations for store and regional-level contacts. Provide high-level data to Head Office contacts by working with our insights and analytics team to provide daily and weekly reporting to monitor KPIs. White-glove treatment to ensure the highest level of care during the launch period.
  • Renewed the Old Spaghetti Factory exclusivity for another two years.
  • Built a training presentation for Chipotle store and regional managers to improve their performance. This resulted in reducing chargebacks to the store from 14% down to 3%, which was on par with the network average.
  • Negotiated with strategic partners to adopt innovative marketing tools and features, driving sales growth, and maintaining top-of-mind brand awareness.
  • Project Management: Revamped the onboarding process for new and ownership-transitioned partners by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
