JOB DESCRIPTION

RN2 Basic Function, promotes and restores patient’s health by completing the nursing process: collaborating with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families, triaging patient according to CTAS guidelines. • Assessing patient according to CTAS guidelines, Communicating with the public, communicating with health professional, assigning resources, initiating treatment protocols/first aid measures, monitoring and re assessing, participating patient flow, documentation
• Provides direct patient’s care utilizing the nursing process within the established hospital, divisional and unit specific policies and standards protocols.
• Demonstrate knowledge and clinical assessment skills appropriate to clinical area
• Takes direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations
• Document all assessments, interventions, and other pertinent information in the patient’s health care record in timely and ongoing matter.
• Promotes continuation of patient care through oral and written communication
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patient’s, families, other health care team members and staff or other departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing all the administrative duties of the departments.
• Making schedule shifts for the nurses and assigning duties to them.
• Collecting work reports from all the nurses regarding day to day activities and maintaining a record of them.
• Assisting and conducting training programs for the nurses who are new and need to help.
• Solving any issues related to the patients. Having direct contact with the patients and diagnosis/assess their health problems.
• Monthly inventory management.
• Reviews and supervises the pre-operative settings made by the nurses.
• Often accompany the doctors when doing rounds.
• Providing necessary help to the doctors such as carrying diagnostic equipment, etc.
• Maintaining a log of entries of the patients in their wards and their health reports.
• Looking for the hygiene / aseptic technique / sterile technique in the hospital and clinic.
