i was a ground man with Ark power helping journeyman lineman with everything to do with building a substation. Assembling switches installing conductor going over blueprints, hanging the bus work, rigging and hoisting and working from aerial devices. i would also get tools and equipment needed for the next step and try to stay ahead to avoid delays.
