- Accounts Receivable – involves rendering debit invoices/statements to the client, following up with clients for payments of insurance premiums, resolving queries (if any), resolve client queries on invoices raised, performing customer account relations.
- Accounts Payable - involves arranging payments relating to claims, return premiums, commissions and overpayments. Reconciling client’s statement of accounts with our books on monthly basis.
- Cash Management – Identify & research for unapplied cash, evaluate cash receipts report, review outstanding cashes daily and perform cash allocations. Ensure collection of funds from the debtor before it is passed on to the creditor to minimize funding. Process write-offs & offset request based on approval from credit manager, also co-ordinate check refund requests.
- Ledger Maintenance -Performing Account Reconciliation of the client’s portfolio on a weekly basis. Resolving the billing issues from the books of clients and underwriters and providing further assistance to client in other issues.
- Client Servicing - Maintain excellent communication with clients at all stages to high quality service. Co-ordinating via conference calls with counterparts in the UK every two weeks to keep them informed of the forecasts.
