I enjoy reading non fiction, and find it a useful way to acquire information on many of my wide and varied interests.  Anything from Phycology, religion, Philosophy, carpentry, Long Rang Shooting, gardening.


Powerlifting/Hypertrophy - I  do keep my mobility, and so I might die well


Painting/Drawing/Photography.. These I was introduce to Via The Glen Rose Adult Specialized Rehabilitation Outpatient Program, and they have always been an interest, just never fostered.
