• Achieve efficient order processing and shipping of Insulin pump and other diabetes supplies across Canada through effective management of online, fax, email, and telephone orders.
• Improve and maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates on order status and product availability.
• Inventory management for order fulfillment.
• Coordinate supply orders and receipt of high-value materials from McKesson, Ypsomed, and Medtronic to support inventory management.
