Who is Renee! Well you could says she is the most dedicated employee within the organizations. You could also say that she is an "Example Agent" Yet everyone who works in the Dial-up Business Office Knows her as Renee Michaud. A simple yet warm hearted and simple character.
Renee started like all other agents on queue taking Dial up calls on September 14, 1999. In doing so Renee showed a tremendous amount of dedication and hard work which saw her being recognized and offered a full time position answering Telco requests provided from our Telebec and Newtel counter parts.. To top this off, in addition to doing her regular every day duties, she has willfully helped out on any other assignments when the need arose, which makes her multitasking capabilities very valuable.
She has proven countless times that she is a very trustworthy person not only from an employee standpoint but also from a personal side. Ask anyone who has had the opportunity to see it and he or she'll all agree that her giggle and smile are probably what makes her the person she is.
