• As a Master Data Analyst at Polytainers, I am responsible for the governance and integrity of material and finished goods master data. I lead initiatives to improve data quality, including systematic cleanups of inactive and slow-moving SKUs, while ensuring all product lifecycle activities—such as new item creation, SKU transitions, and discontinuations—are accurately maintained within the ERP. Partnering closely with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and other departments, I oversee the revision and maintenance of graphics, packaging specifications, BOMs, and IML label data to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. I also play a key role in identifying and resolving data quality issues, driving process improvements, and strengthening data governance across the organization. In addition, I support the company’s transition to SAP S/4HANA by contributing to data migration, validation, and testing, working with Finance, Planning, Engineering, and IT to ensure master data readiness for the new ERP environment.

Responsible for lead, support and monitor policies and procedures related to Materials and Bill of Materials Master Data process globally, working close to leadership team on future strategies, aligned to Internal Controls initiatives and audit processes, including development and application of audit logs across the globe.

Additionally, responsible for creation and maintenance of SOPs(Standard Operation Procedure) working close to the business team in order to have the best practices and documented, including review of fields in gold model initiative.

Supporting Data Quality team on development of new data dialysis reports, follow-ups and initiatives to keep the system with best data quality, performing data cleansing annually and working close to the business.

Actively supported SAP MDG tool (Master Data Governance) global implementation focused on Materials and Products Domain using Agile methods applying Scrum methodology, working globally on scope, definitions, risks mapping, flows creation, Internal Controls alignment, ownership functions definition, pre and post load validations, change impacts, testing, training materials and training sessions.

Additionally, actively supporting SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation project with R&D team on every Bill of Materials topic, considering different kind of formulas, system tools, reports, impacts across the globe and concepts.

Leading the Master Data team in terms of data creation and maintenance with local and third-party teams in order to ensure data delivery service with excellence with high SLAs, keeping audit logs aligned to Internal Controls team considering audit process and keeping data quality in order to have the right data since the first time.

Responsible for ensuring participation and support to projects across the region in different business areas, considering business needs and urgencies.

Responsible for team progress development, evaluation and recognition, also considering team members from third party.

- Central America: Costa Rica, Porto Rico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, Dominican Republic

- Western Andean: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela

Southern Cone: Argentina, Chile, Uruguay.

Responsible for supporting and leading SAP(ECC) system implementation in new plants and plants not implemented in Latin America as part of Manufacturing Master Data (Bill of Materials, Master Recipes, Production Versions, Resources) leading teams across Latin America on analysis and data cleansing, mapping processes (Design Definition) working very close to manufacturing and R&D teams, work plan definition (Deliverables, time, Strategy, team), development of data enrichments, validation of the data loads, Master Data testing process by defining scenarios and responsible, support in Hypercare period (Post Go Live) and stabilization.

Additionally, leading and supporting on creation of new Master Data business process, including data owners review, new data collection forms, new process flows, alerts, turn around times definition, data entry and communication strategy. Besides that, creating training materials and training the teams (both data owners and data stewards) on new business process.

• Responsible for manufacturing system supporting, training over 300 users and as user of ERP System (Prism – Manufacturing) across multicategory processes, including analysis on bill of materials, materials management(flows), materials inventory process with system cycle count process on weekly and monthly closes, working close to Product Costing team in order to identify and work on gaps and usage variation related to process losses or system estimated losses factors ensuring the right product cost reflecting the reality.
  Analysis with R&D and continuous improvement team on production formulas in order to reflect the right process reality into the system. Additionally, development of improvement projects in order to reduce the production losses and obtain savings around $100MM per year.
