Ren Lavigne

Although Subway was my first job on paper, a strong work ethic was instilled in me from a young age. Well before the age of fifteen, I raked and mowed lawns during the summer, building connections and developing a stronger work ethic. When I was hired at Subway at fifteen, the years of serving the people of Fredericton taught me how to make someone's day a little better, just in a short period of time together. I've learned that a simple "how's your day going?" followed by an open ear and some grace goes a long way with people. Overall, in whatever position I'm in, I strive to create a positive and respectful environment, along with the ability to keep things moving efficiently and correctly in the workspace.
