    • Verify legal product and purchases.
    • Forwarding samples/seizures for analysis when required and interpreting results.
    c) Conduct compliance inspections of retail cannabis stores and websites to determine violations of the GLCA,
    GLCR and Commission policies and related regulations by:

    • Reviewing promotion and advertising.

    2) Monitors the operation of premises by conducting inspections, operating checks and review of licensed
    liquor/cannabis premises.
    a) Determine possible violations by conducting on-site inspections, including liquor licensed outlets, retail
    cannabis stores VLT retailers and ensuring adherence to all legislation and AGLC policies and procedures.
    b) Verify licensee claims for credit for faulty liquor product claims.
    3) Processes applications for liquor and cannabis licences:
    a) Processes liquor licences by:
    • Determining qualification of applicants.
    • Assessing physical proposals by reviewing floor plan, meeting with applicants and representatives
    when required.
    • Completing requests for licences with recommendation for/against licensing.
    • Approve various licence requests within delegated authority.
    b) Processes cannabis licences by:
    • Determining qualification of applicants.
    • Assessing physical proposals by reviewing floor plan, meeting with applicants and representatives

    federal).
    d) Represent AGLC at various community and public information meetings.

    attendance, inspection records and forms.
