- Maintain a smooth, quick flow of information from management to all staff and students.
- Use NAIT administration software including: Moodle, PeopleSoft (PS) Student Admin, PS Financial, PS Human Resources and various other programs.
- Actively searching for partnerships and donations within the photography and graphic communications industries.
- Using the strategic planning processes to ensure that the programs remain the primary location for training in Canada.
- This position supervised four (4) instructors in Photography and four (4) instructors including the associate Chair in the Graphic Communications program, plus four (4) support staff including one admin support on the main campus.

- I was the administrator of a Novell NetWare version 6, Microsoft 2000 network linking the labs over a Cisco VLAN network supporting the staff and over 500 students as well as a computer lab administrator.
