  • Managing the public records act inbox and processing the requests within a timely manner.
  • Managing the request from start until completion.
  • Researching and tracking each records request and coordinating assistance when needed for records review.
  • Working closely with our office of chief counsel attorneys to ensure compliance with state laws and also coordinate with creating new processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Primary contact for all PRA requests for our region and tracks all requests and actions taken on an excel spreadsheet.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on various projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
