• Assisting in maintaining overall condition of ranch buildings, equipment and livestock
• Was solely responsible for looking after entire ranch for 18 days while owners were on vacation

• In charge of inspecting and maintaining equipment used in the businesses
• Responsible for anywhere from 1/2 of the snow removal route and lawn maintenance customers to upwards of all of it if my brother was away
• Good at dealing with clients, resolving conflicts and coming up with creative ideas to make the business run efficiently
• In charge of hiring out our work to contractors if need be

• In charge of a string of horses used on 10 day hunting trips in very remote mountain areas.
• Horse wrangler is the job title but I am responsible and employed to do much more then just horse care.
• In charge of cutting, limbing and splitting trees for years worth supply of firewood for all camps.
• Hired to run any of the equipment on the outfits ranch
• Equipment may be used to trench in electrical lines, feed horses, plow fields, haul fuel or horses, general dirt work and landscaping, clearing timber in order to have more pasture
• Trained to skin out and butcher animals on the mountain as well as cape out and preserve the hide in camp for hunters
• Responsible for shoeing all horses in my string as well as horses in other staff’s horse string
• Well suited to inspect and make repairs to all diesel trucks in the outfit as well as other HD equipment
• Capable of wiring in buildings for 110 and 220 power and diagnosing electrical problems
• Each season working for Dickson outfitters was working for 3.5 months at a time, with no days off in between
