Throughout my career, I’ve naturally stepped into roles where I serve as the connection between teams, leadership, and customers, and I’m looking to bring that experience into a position focused directly on client relationships and business growth.
In my current role as Post Commander with Allied Universal, I act as the primary point of contact between the client and our on-site team. I oversee daily operations, ensure service expectations are met, and handle any concerns or issues that arise. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and maintain strong professional relationships built on reliability and trust.
Previously, as a Service and Culinary Manager at Olive Garden, I helped oversee a large team while ensuring a consistent and positive guest experience. I handled escalations, monitored performance goals, coordinated staffing, and worked closely with leadership to keep operations running smoothly. These responsibilities required strong organization, communication, and the ability to solve problems quickly while keeping both the customer and the business in mind.
I’m drawn to account management because it combines what I do best building relationships, keeping operations on track, and making sure expectations are not only met but exceeded. I take pride in being someone clients can depend on and teams can trust to keep things running effectively.
