  • Assisting partners on their upcoming book to be published. Conducting legal research on mediation and arbitration in the cannabis sector, primarily focusing on jurisdictions in the United States where cannabis laws conflict.
  • Drawing from legal research and using it to write a full chapter that demonstrates why arbitration is beneficial to solve cannabis related disputes that litigation lacks, yet also highlighting some issues with arbitration in the cannabis space.
