Social Prescribing & Coordinated Outreach Programs

  • Conducted and wrote a qualitative research report on food security within the seniors sector in collaboration with the ESSC, and community based organizations. The report included a food security map tailored explicitly for the Edmonton areas. This initiative was designed to meet the unique needs of the aging community by incorporating accessible programs and designated meeting points to facilitate ease of access for older adults to essential food resources.
