  • Responsible for screening and assessment of guardianship needs, referral to alternative services and administration of less intrusive decision making options
  • Seeks assistance, direction and advice from the court on sensitive client issues
  • Procure legal documents and file in adherence to court procedures, manage sensitive client information, and prepare accountability reports to the Court of Queen’s Bench.
