As a KP (kitchen partner) for the night team, I worked the entire cold side of the line which included salads, bowls, sushi, and desserts. I know the in's and out's of every menu item done to prepping items from scratch and was able to put up menu items the fast's out of all my KP's with high quality and attention to detail.
HellSauce Hotsauce is a business owned and operated by me, with the goal of producing hotsauce with heat and flavour! I started everything in highschool as an entrepreneurship project, made my HellSauce recipe from scratch, and soon found out that more and more people loved the hotsauce I produce. I have been expanded, with new flavours, occasional farmers markets, night markets, and local store locations
Match Maid in Heaven is a commercial cleaning business. I assist in residential and commercial cleaning. I am in charge of deep cleaning homes and offices to surpass our customers expectations and standards.
As wait staff for Elizabethan Catering, my main role was to host our clients to an amazing evening whether it was weddings, high end birthdays, or business lunches/dinners. I was able to quickly and efficiently set up and take down event decor, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure all food/product was packed up and taken to events, and provide excellent service to guests.
When ever the kitchen need and extra hand with event orders i was one of the few people they called to help out.
The owner of Elizabethan catering took me under his wing and taught me how to cook, garnish, and plate food to a high end degree. Afterwards I started volunteering every week for two years helping out in the kitchen however I can. My tasks included prepping large amounts of side dishes for catering events, packaging foods for single orders (due to COVID-19 restrictions), and assisting the head chef with anything that was required.
