• Met with both customers and furniture manufactures to discuss design visions and product requirements. Worked on over 50 project sites, with tasks including; creating interior design schematics, selecting material finishes for curtains and furniture, supervising furniture installations and much more.
• Consistently carried out site supervisions to keep track of site team's activities and ensure quality service delivery.
• Guaranteed that all product designs and site activities adhered to company brand standards and guidelines.

• Worked on projects such as; Low-rise apartments and residential home designs, hotel design, mixed use building designs and interior design projects. Covered over 15 projects and assignments included; -Hands-on architectural work such as, site analysis, concept development, project designing, drafting, 3D modelling and preparation of presentation drawings.
• Also participated in team meetings to resolve technical and project issues and review project schedules, researched materials to determine appropriate selection for projects and participated in Filings for construction permits to receive approval from local municipalities.

• Provided after-school design lessons to a class of 13 architecture and interior design students.

• Attended to clients and provided consultancy services relating to Architectural Design and Building Construction.
• Produced Architectural Designs and documentation including submissions for building plan approvals for some of my designed projects.

• Six projects designed, approved and built under my direct supervision. Mainly residential and small scale mixed use buildings.
