Work various job duties depending on day to day business needs such as shipping and receiving, making sure documentation matches trailer number, seal number, inventory is not damaged or tampered with, load and unload trailers using sit-down forklift. Pick customer orders using warehouse management system and two way radio to communicate with dock coordinator. Operate reach forklift to complete various task such as replenishment, stock putaways, inventory control, daily housekeeping.

Conducted daily and special inspections of all facilities (airside, landslide, terminal) for safety, security, aesthetic and regulatory compliance. Reported findings to Assistant Airport Manager. Took corrective action when able or generated maintenance request. Maintained a daily shift log detailing all routine, non routine and important happenings occurring anywhere on airport property. Responded to aircraft, fire, medical, security incidents and accidents. Fueled aircraft and performed other aircraft servicing functions; towing, marshalling, transient space assignment. Provided major housekeeping on routine basis. Resolved daily customer complaints and concerns. Assisted airport maintenance with facility repairs and ground maintenance.

Operated electric pallet jack to pick orders with voice command headset, used RF scanner for picking items and placing items in totes and placing on conveyors, operated stock picker forklift for picking orders, helped tote line department by grabbing totes off the conveyor line and placing onto pallets for shipping. Loaded and unloaded trailers.
