Led a team of 6 in-house Quantity Surveyors (all from Malaysia) to supervise two Quantity Surveyor Consultancy firms for the pre and post contract services in a property development consists of three buildings (a 21 storey hotel, a 24 storey office and a 32 storey service apartment) and a retail podium with sports club and basement carparks. The construction commenced from 2009 and all final accounts of main contracts and nominated subcontracts (more than 100 packages) closed in 2019. The total value of the development in 2019 was about USD500 million.
