Raymond Brisson

• Company Overview: Carpenter Canada is a foam factory/warehouse that specializes in shipping foam, carpet under padding and mattresses to a wide variety of consumers
• I started out at the bottom as a packer with no experience, but I had a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Over the years I have learned many new jobs with different departments throughout the factory, including shipping, and machine operating.

Started from the bottom as a dishwasher, then proceeded to work my way up through the industry by becoming a line cook in every section and then supervisor, learning and growing from each new job.
