Ray Summers

I've worked many years in the security field, mostly spent doing mobile patrols and alarm response. At my last job I was promoted to Field Support and did site and guard evaluations.

I worked 12-hour night shifts working mostly alone during the time as a mobile security driver.

I have a strong work ethic and a devotion to doing the job right, from showing up early for shift to having open communications with my superiors.

I am looking forward to continuing working in the security field and learning new skills as well as working in new positions.

I am flexible and responsive to change, though I do prefer to work nights as that has been what I've been posted to over my time in security.

I have various in house security certifications with Garda

I have created and managed many groups over the years though inventing challenging scenarios for my players to overcome...it is the art of story telling and it lends itself to having an eye for detail, thinking outside the box and remaining calm in the heat of the moment.

I have skied since I was in Jr. High and love visiting the mountains a couple of times a season, I also engage in martial arts in the form of hand to hand as well as stick fighting. 

Debate has long been an interest of mine and I co-created a group online to discuss many different subjects from religion to politics.

Science and the study of everything from cosmology to genetics interests me, I spend many hours learning about current scientific trends in various sciences, there are few fields I don't engage in and this is an active pursuit of knowledge and understanding so I might better understand the world around me.

I also enjoy computer tech and built my own as well as helping others build their systems, I game, though not as much I used to, working in security made it difficult to make time for it, but work always comes first.
