In my recent role as Director of Client Relations at Forge Strategy, I wore multiple hats. I acted as an Account Executive, driving client acquisition and taking on the BDR role by generating inbound leads through email campaigns. After closing deals, I worked directly with our clients, booking meetings with the leads I generated and supporting them through the customer success process, by also conducting meetings to review KPIs and share insights from email campaign analytics. I had the chance to do this across industries like law, real estate, construction, and hospitality.
