Role: Accessibility Testing Lead / SME
Project Summary: Government of Canada is launching a new portal where the citizens can apply for Benefits online. This was tested for accessibility WCAG2.1 AA compliances. Environment/Tools: ADO, WAVE, Accessibility Insights, Color Contrast Analyzer

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and Implement Accessibility Testing Strategies Designed and executed comprehensive accessibility testing strategies to ensure digital products comply with WCAG,2.1 AA standards
- Lead Accessibility Testing Efforts Across Projects Managed end-to-end accessibility testing lifecycle for web and mobile applications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines
- Oversee Manual and Automated Testing Directed manual accessibility testing (e.g., screen readers, keyboard navigation) and integrated automated accessibility checks into Automation testing suites using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE
- Conduct Accessibility Audits and Usability Testing Led regular accessibility audits, including manual review and user testing with assistive technologies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements

Project: City of Brampton
Role: QA Process Reviewer
Project Summary: City of Brampton wanted to enhance their current QA Process and QA Governance. Assisting them to achieve their goal by setting up a QA Center of Excellence
Duration: September 2022 March 2023
Responsibilities include:
- Interviewed most of the employees at the organization and their IT Partner prior to coming up with report of recommendations
- Organized and recorded the findings from each interview and categorized them into current state, Pain Areas and recommendations
- Identified and communicated Quality (SIT) and UAT Bottleneck issues to Senior Executives
- Worked within Testing standard to identify, recommend, and implement QA Best practices and benchmarking it with Industrywide results
- Performed analytical procedures and analyses to detect unusual trends in defect leakages to production
- Carried out detailed QA audits for all types of testing - Functional, Non-Functional (Accessibility, Performance, Language etc) with agreed-upon procedures
- Presented the draft audit reports for management and executive reviews and presented during the sessions to initiate the change prescribed in the report
Project: Sobeys
Role: Testing Manager
Project Summary: Sobeys was revamping its loyalty partner to Scene +. All the brands for Sobeys and its Online retailer – Voila were impacted due to this. Helped them to launch and achieve the desired results across all stores in Canada and online in record time with 0 production issues.
Duration: January 2022 - March 2023
Responsibilities include:
- Analysis of data/issues to resolve data discrepancies reported during the BAT testing and Production issues
- Actively participated and devised best practices through Sprint Retrospective Sessions
- Calculated the Sprint velocity the Overall project, Development team, QA Team, including team members
