Ø Electronic Educator Profile:Developed SQL Queries using SQL Server database tables from Navision and Student Information Systems to get the output in desired XML Format to upload to Ministry of Education sites to submit the profile of 600 teachers electronically and thus reducing manual entries.

1. Central Cataloguing App: Developed a Central Cataloguing Form in PowerApps
which was used by the Cataloguing department to scan barcodes and catalogue items.
The functionality included scanning of the barcodes, converting the string into barcodes.
The form had role-based access. Administrators had access to the form at their
schools, while the Central Cataloguing department had access to all the forms submitted.
PowerAutomate: Used PowerAutomate to create two flows
a) Email flow: The user received an email after the successful completion of the form
b) Purge Flow: the completed forms were purged automatically two weeks after
their completion.
2. Mileage Expense App: Designed and deployed end-to-end Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-driven) integrated with Dataverse and SharePoint. Developed an end-to-end application to automatically create
mileage based on the origin and destination and then created a jpeg file with all the details to
scan this directly to kwiktag for further processing.
PowerAutomate: Used PowerAutomate to create two flows:
a) Email flow: The user received an email after the successful completion of the form
b) Create file: Created a jpeg and pdf files in the Sharepoint Library
3. Charter Bus request App: Designed and deployed end-to-end Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-driven) integrated with Dataverse and SharePoint. Developed an end-to -end application,where the Charter
Bus request forms were submitted by the users. The mileage was automatically
calculated. The forms would go through a multilayer approval process, Administrators,
Transportation Department and finally by payroll for the Bus Request to be approved and
processed.
4. Performance Management Document App: Implemented role-based security, ALM practices, and governance policies. This app was used to automatically create
performance management word documents in the SharePoint library based on the user
information. PowerAutomate was then used to tweak the permissions on the created
documents to ensure document confidentiality.
