Duty Maintenance Manager, responsible for all maintenance activities on aircrafts including certification of airframes, engines and avionics systems, including in-flight entertainment and cabin system and equipment. Extensive experience in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, resolving and providing technical feedback on various modern aircraft types through the period of entry into service (EIS) and their consequent maturity and development. Maintain and issue inventory of station aircraft spares and equipment. Managing regulatory and technical documentation, interfacing with IT systems and applications. Manage office and facility administration, adhering to budget guidelines. Liaise and co-ordinate with other operational departments, service providers and airport authority to achieve seamless and on-time performance. Provide on-the-job training to staff and conduct their performance review on a regular basis. Excellent analytical, managerial, communication and problem solving skills.
