· Assess work assignments (installation and service) provided by dispatch and maintain communications with dispatcher and supervisor regarding the solution provided.
· Diagnose and/or correct all technical problems (cable television, high speed internet and home phone) to the satisfaction of the customer and in accordance with the company specifications at subscriber's premises.
· Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets.
· Install, remove, maintain, and repair aerial and underground telephone and other telecommunication transmission lines.
· Installation and testing of single mode and multi-mode fibre
· Installation and testing of network and voice cabling (Cat Se, Cat 6).
· Install and service fiber optic cable.
· Climb heights and work on ladders/poles.
· Report and communicate with other company personnel for proper completion of installation/service orders.
