· Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
· Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
· Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
· Report any discrepancies.
· Wear the proper safety equipment.

· Setup machine for veneer or solid wood parts
· Measure with calipers and adjust machine to correct height
· Keep sanded parts separated by colors before sending to paint
· Large cross grain panels must be sanded with hand held sander
· Sand all panels and fillers
· Change sand paper in machine as needed
· Blow out machine with air gun as part of daily clean up
· Read and understand necessary paperwork to facilitate the production order
· Participates in physical inventory
· Responsible for housekeeping area
· Adhere all standard operating procedures
· Hand off information to next shift operator
· Understands and signs off on lock out procedures
· Understand and signs off on Safe Work Procedures
· Understand and signs off on Standard Operator Procedures
· Understands and follows all safety rules and regulations.
