  • Accountable for results and production of all staff on assigned area as well as warehouse
  • Took over Orientation process for majority of all UPS new hires within Edmonton area throughout 2020-2022
  • Conduct, facilitate and administer all new hire paperwork, rostering, ID cards and pay from orientations
  • Responsible for accountability of all staff's attendance and ensuring proper positive or negative incentives or reprimands are in place
  • Oversee time cards and deal with employee's concerns regarding pay or UPS benefits
  • Oversee Warehouse lineup, and administer through communication with afternoon sort as well as Drivers, Mechanics, Management and DPS coordinator
  • Oversaw implementation of DSI at Edm South and still oversee all aspects; including but not limited to: maintaining printers and scanners, communicating with DPS new addresses and changes needed to be made, and cooperating with TSG when external maintenance is required
  • Trained new staff on job duties, company policies, and safety procedures for rapid onboarding.
  • Can confidently articulate when public speaking and Conduct PCM's for 60+ staff each week
  • In charge of maintaining GSL scanners for Edm South by communicating and cooperating with PPM group to ensure each new build is implemented properly by locating and eliminating all possible errors, as we are test site for these to be implemented world wide
  • Constantly motivating and always finding new ways to improve morale for all staff; not just Preloaders
  • Create visual and verbal reinforcements for all UPS methods to provide stronger understanding amongst employees who all have varied styles of learning

  • Adhered to all UPS Safe Work Methods to avoid injury and maintain egress and efficiency.
