Volunteering - Through my relationships in the community I found an opportunity to do volunteer work in construction. Through my previous construction experience in Costa Rica and my current knowledge of North American construction they are quite different. I have committed my time with this company to learning new skills and improving my previous skills.

• Instructed new staff in proper food preparation, storage, use of kitchen equipment and sanitation.
• Prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction, and repeat business.

Casual Job- During weekends, time off or specific contracts, worked in many different kind of jobs related to construction, for example,

Carpenter Helper, building the structure for walls, ceiling, frameworks, doorframes, stairs, among others.

Painter, Preparing surfaces (Cleaning, repairing holes, removing chipped or cracked paint already on the surface) in buildings that need to get paint, mix and apply the paint on surface.

Plumber, Install, maintain and repair the pipes and fixtures on plumbing systems in buildings with small problems.

Concrete Jobs, Mixing the material to get the concrete for first cot on structures (Floors, Walls, stairs)

• Maintained financial controls, planned business operations and control expenses while identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow business operations and boost profits.
• Distributed and delivered the product to customer’s stores driving a truck
• Opened and closed store 6 days per week by counting registers, making deposits, and storing and filing all daily paperwork.

• Developed and updated spreadsheets and databases to track, analyze, and report on performance and sales
• Manage projects for the implementation of new work tools and equipment for the growth of the company
