  • Provided counsel as Legal/Technical Subcommittee member to draft framework agreement for the NWT Project for Permanence (PFP) to lay the groundwork for the negotiations of Trudeau's $800M Indigenous-led conservation fund.
  • Reviewed proposed legislations (federal and territorial) related to resources and environmental management and reported results to communities and Leadership in plain language.
  • Led consultations regarding land, water, land use planning amendment, and permit applications to evaluate and determine compliance with environmental regulations and Traditional Knowledge (TK) protocols.
