-Issued parking infraction notices to drivers who refuse to leave the curbside, unattended vehicles, vehicles parked in emergency spots, handicapped spaces, and other violations.

-Collecting permits authorized by GTAA for cars entering authorized areas.

-Attending Emergency calls for Ambulance, Paramedics, Police and Fire brigades and assisting them till the incident location.

-Preventing and minimizing the scooping of passengers and providing them with the GTAA-Authorized taxis and limousines.

-Handling customers coming to Pre-Arranged Services and helping them by summoning their pre-booked taxis and limousines, making sure the Car and Driver are the same as mentioned in the booking details and collecting their GTAA permits.

-Inspecting the GTAA Taxis and Limousines, if they are rightfully dispatched by the AVI. Also, check the driver's tablet which displays their location as well as look for their GTAA-Authorized ID cards.

• Enhanced event safety by conducting thorough pre-event security assessments and identifying potential risks.
• Permitted entry with escort for approved persons into secure locations. Completed full building and grounds patrols to spot and investigate concerns.
