Description    :

We support around 15 applications that are related to 4 different BP sites which comes under Maximo Service Line. The 4 BP sites we support are - Toledo, Cherry Point, AutoLubes and USPL. Some of the applications that we support are Maximo 7, Maximo 4, Viziya, CCTS, Akwire, Syclo, eCOW, TRACK and MTS etc.

Responsibilities:

· Involves in all the Maximo upgrade projects for assisting project teams and as a single point of contact from support team.

· Provide technical guidance for the Maximo applicatoin support team members if any technical challenges araised.

· Work with external application's support teams which are interfaced with our supported appolications on any issues, enhancements and upgrades.

· Work with the vendors and project teams on any of the projects in supported applications.

· Conduct workshops/screensharing sessions with client to understand the issues and requirements.

· Work on the enhancments and problem tickets and deploy them to the production on a quarterly basis after thorough testing and Sign-Off with Business.

· Involves in the Audits that conducts in any of the supported applications.
