Role: Operations Supervisor.
- Oversee daily operations and job performance of the Operations Team of five, ensuring adherence to company policies, and delivering high-quality client service.
- Coordinate the tracking and deployment of security staff, including updating clients, and handling dispatch duties such as incident call-taking and scheduling guards.
- Utilize JIRA software to create and cancel coverage as per the client's request.
- Strategically manage open shifts, and collaborate with Paladin’s Client Service group to ensure complete schedules and meet contractual obligations.
- Utilize Paladin’s TEAM software to maintain accurate scheduling, billing, and payroll records, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Manage communication with over 200 clients and 5,000 to 7,000 guards to troubleshoot issues, provide timely updates, and deliver exceptional customer service, while maintaining professionalism
