Raman Raman

A Fence and Railing Welder fabricates, welds, and installs metal fences, gates, and railings by cutting and preparing materials, reading measurements, and performing MIG or Stick welding. The role includes assembling parts with accuracy, using tools like grinders and torches, and ensuring strong, clean welds that meet safety and quality standards both in the shop and on-site.

• Full-Time, Permanent | 40 hours/week + overtime
• Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding operations to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols with accuracy.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding and metal fabrication equipment.
• Fit, align, and tack-weld parts using clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
• Conduct weld inspections and perform corrective welding to meet quality standards.
• Grind, cut, shape, and prepare metal parts using hand and power tools including grinders, cutters, torches, and shears.
• Lay out work using measurement tools and hand layouts to ensure precise fabrication.
• Replace and maintain welding consumables such as electrodes, tips, wires, and gases.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow all company safety protocols.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality welds.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing process.
