As a dedicated Health and Safety professional, I have a proven track record of enhancing workplace safety and compliance in diverse environments. From 01/2019 to 08/2022, served as a Health and Safety Officer in a conglomerate of retail companies with over 7,500 employees. In this role, I was responsible for the health and safety of two companies and four distribution centers, overseeing 1,800 employees. I significantly reduced workplace accidents' frequency and severity by using proactive measures such as training programs, regular inspections, PPE usage, document control, personalized coaching, and conducting comprehensive risk assessments of daily tasks in construction sites and industry workplaces.
