Additional Information

I have lived in Uganda for the past 15 years and that has really helped me understand the customer trends and preferences in Jinja. This experience had led to the newly opened business which is Masese Beach Resort to Boom. Despite of the covid restrictions, I with my knowledge and expertise in the Hotel Industry had led to successful efficiency and high advertisement of the company. This therefore had led to a higher customer reach for Masese beach resort leading to an increase in sales and profits for the business. However I did not attain work satisfaction at Masese beach resort due to the financial fraud and unnecessary conflicts with my partner. I would like to assure the business/company that by employing me as the role of a Manager, I will achieve the business targets and goals with my 15 years of experience in Uganda. I also obtain a skill of Emotional Intelligence whereby the ability for me to understand my emotions along with the employees under my hierarchy will lead to a lower rate of labor turnover for the business which will therefore lead to efficient and quality production.
