● Facilitating functional and technical guidance for the Warehouse users, assisting business users with their daily task using Manhattan platform.
● Along with production support also involved in post-production support, configuration changes and performance tuning.
● Part of AS400 development team, where new warehouse management flows/screens are added to existing WMi product.
● To make use of Infosys Order Management Reporting Dashboard to study the existing systems and helps in documentation with the current behavior of the system.
Description of the project
PKMS or Pick Ticket Management System is a Manhattan Associates Product for Warehouse management. It is the oldest product on AS/400 in Supply Chain management. This product process all Inbound and Outbound operations in a warehouse. It can also be configured with Labor management Tool along with transport Management.

● Ensuring the business requirements and representing all stakeholders.
