Program and operate 2 different multi axis CNC machines.

• emmegi CNC machine: program and operate to fill orders in a timely manner.
• Bottero CNC machine: program and operate to fill orders in a timely manner with high quality work.

Set up machine to run programs/parts by milling, drilling, or routing.

Interpreted engineers drawings, sketches and diagrams.

Do first piece inspections with necessary tools required then submit to quality control for additional inspections.

Assessed work for errors or compliance issues and made corrections and modifications when necessary.

Discuss with engineers possible mistakes in production designs and report problems to maintenance/engineers with machining problems and help to solve them.

Maintain fluid levels.

Clean off machines, tools and workplace to maintain safety and cleanliness.

• blow off machines used and clean surrounding area nightly.
• make sure personal safety equipment is in good working condition and used appropriately.
• attend regular safety meetings and company policy meetings.

Certified and skilled forklift operator and trainer.

• Reviewed and verified all work was in compliance with sales orders and customer requirements.

Determine materials, tools and equipment needed for product orders.

• Am often responsible for pulling daily materials from warehouse

Computer literate.

Machine Operation:

• Set up and operate laser CNC machines to cut, shape, and engrave materials according to project specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine settings and program requirements.

Material Preparation:

• Select and prepare materials for laser cutting or engraving.
• Load and unload materials into the CNC machine, ensuring proper alignment and securing.

Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on laser CNC machines to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations related to laser machine operation.
