Program and operate 2 different multi axis CNC machines.
Set up machine to run programs/parts by milling, drilling, or routing.
Interpreted engineers drawings, sketches and diagrams.
Do first piece inspections with necessary tools required then submit to quality control for additional inspections.
Assessed work for errors or compliance issues and made corrections and modifications when necessary.
Discuss with engineers possible mistakes in production designs and report problems to maintenance/engineers with machining problems and help to solve them.
Maintain fluid levels.
Clean off machines, tools and workplace to maintain safety and cleanliness.
Certified and skilled forklift operator and trainer.
Determine materials, tools and equipment needed for product orders.

The only employee trained in both the WOOD, ACRYLIC and PLASTIC plant CNC machines at current place of employment. Am in a lead position. Due to hard work I have become an asset to the company for the high quality of production and have caught engineering mistakes prior to production saving company time and money on more than one occasion. Am one of two certified fork lift trainers on my shift.
