All Operators

• Maintain, prepare, and operate a pumper for each and every job.
• Operate the pumper to perform proper on-site rig in (assemble) and rig out (disassemble) procedures, mixing, pumping, pressure tests, plug drops, wash ups, final inspections, and assist with location clean up.
• Develop and apply an understanding of all gauges in the operator panel.
• Monitor pump pressure, rates, densities, and volume during pumping performance; observe and report if anyone is needed in the hot zone.
• Inspect and perform function tests before equipment leaves yard, ensuring all components are in working order.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on equipment maintenance and repairs (i.e. 300-hour maintenance, greasing unit and iron treating), and submit paper work before shift end.
• Perform shop maintenance on field equipment when required, including pumper spring maintenance and fluid end inspections.  Rebuild Chiksans and Neutron valves.
• Assist the Supervisor in job preparations and incident reporting.  Adhere to and enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
• Develop and maintain strong external/internal client relationships in support of company values and objectives.
• Establish and maintain procedures to ensure high level of service.

Specific to Operator 1’s

• Drive well servicing equipment without a trailer (pup unit) to and from well sites, as required.
• Work with Station Management to obtain a class 1 (Canada) / CDL (U.S.) license with company support, when ready.
• Worked outside in all weather conditions.

• Control access to establishments, operate security control-room equipment and assigned areas to patrol guard against theft, vandalism and fire
• Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts and to monitor establishment activities
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed
• Issue passes and direct visitors to appropriate areas and check age identification of patrons

• Resolved customer complaints regarding sales and service
