• Chemical Engineering I - Mass Balance: Analyzed phase diagrams for two-component solid-liquid mixtures and measured vapour pressure dependency of methanol. Evaluated membrane filtration performance by measuring permeate flow rates and selecting appropriate membrane types. Operated a pilot-scale distillation column, assessed heat transfer characteristics of plate-and-frame heat exchangers, and investigated the adsorption efficiency of activated carbon. Measured pressure drops through pipe components and studied fluid flow properties.
• Process Simulation: Performed low-pressure and high-pressure measurements using manometers and deadweight testers. Calibrated RTDs, thermocouples, and electronic differential pressure (DP) transmitters for process instrumentation. Designed closed-loop PI control systems for level and pressure processes using LabVolt equipment and analyzed process system dynamics through open-loop performance evaluations.
• Electrical and Electronics: Designed and analyzed analog circuits, including low-pass, high-pass, and bandpass filters. Built and tested transistor amplifiers using BJTs and FETs, implemented operational amplifier-based active filters, and evaluated resonance characteristics. Utilized Analog Discovery 2 for circuit analysis and testing of semiconductor devices such as diodes and transistors.
