Responsibilities:

• Conducted Requirement Walkthrough sessions with the SME and clarified the existing requirements to foresee any potential issues with implementing the same. Collaborated with Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate communication for successful project launches.
• Developed a structured approach to organize the requirements into functional and logical groupings of the essential Business Processes, Business Rules, Programs and Information Needs such that the critical functionalities are identified.
• Conducted System Walkthrough of the various Interfaces to understand the legacy system functionality and process flow and to provide a basis for the detailed mapping of ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ Models for each functional group.

• T+2 Release: Responsible for complete end to end testing activities integrating with various Lines of Businesses within CIBC and external financial institutions.
• Managed testing activities for enterprise shared services group including projects to enable Credit Card eStatements and signature cards using IBM Content Management platforms.
• Hands on Experience in a Multi-Tier application for Global one system. Users enter trades in Global one (Mainframe system). Trade flows through the Arrow where the status is reflected. If the counterparty confirms trade and is settled, trade flows down to ADP (Automatic Data Processing). End of day books are balanced.
• Documented Requirements on enhancements of already existing process. An ongoing process to optimize the process. (Collapse Process, Term Trades, Clean up downstream process etc.). Created and implemented SQA strategies using Agile-testing methodology in UAT phase. Designed Use Cases as requisite for enterprise shared services HLDD.
• The GL interface tested that loads data from various external systems into PeopleSoft General Ledger using App Engine and some legacy SQRs. Wrote the test scenarios and test cases to test the enrollments, individual billings of the customers in Customer Choice Module.

• Developed Test Cases for various Siebel objects levels like (Applets, views, screens &PDQ's).
• Documented, implemented, monitored, and enforced all processes for testing as per standards defined by RIT.
• Reviewed PeopleSoft 9.1 Systems Configuration in preparation of testing strategy for an upgrade of Bi-Weekly Employees to release 9.1. In addition, developed test cases regarding current monthly employee base reporting time on the 9.1 release.
